The IntegraCare Training Programme is the main output of the project and offers a professional focused and practical training around the main key topics of person-centered care.
This training was designed basing on the results from the transnational research conducted by partners among more than 60 professionals from social-health care sector(s) and from multiple disciplines.
The conclusions and identified 10 Sucessful Case Sudies are made available in a Report.
